All merchandise purchased are 100% checked and tested to be in excellent working condition before leaving our warehouse. We offer a 100% refund on defective merchandise, excluding any shipping and handling costs; however, we are unable to accept returns on custom modifications, such as track heads with extensions, or on any special order item (any item or style not listed on our website) . At our discretion, any item sold as "specials" or with discounts or free shipping provided, such item/s sold are considered final and NO REFUND IS ALLOWED. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all the return items (shipping and handling fee are not refundable) except the item is defective or damaged, you received the wrong item. All the product return request and defective items or inconsistencies must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

We do not accept returns on lightbulbs.

Returns require prior authorization (in the form of a RMA number to be marked on package) which can be requested by e-mailing RMA@lightingxp.com and items must be received by us within 10 calendar days from the day an RMA is issued or you will not receive any credit for your return. All merchandise to be returned must be in the condition it was received with all its packaged parts and accessories in the original packaging. Be sure to include a description of the items you would like to return, the original order number and the reason for return in your message. We cannot accept returns without an RMA , so be sure to contact us and obtain an RMA number before sending anything back.

Note: When making you final purchase, please make sure all items meet your request. When you purchase our T4 or T5 Fluorescent Fixture or bulb please indicate the color temperature during checkout.
